Ruhija Community Rest Camp has a good camping ground where one can pitch his/her own tent or can hire a tent at an affordable price. You can also hire a walking stick and a rain gear from the campsite especially during the rainy season when going to trek the gorillas. A camp fire can also be made on request at a small fee. At our restaurant, different dishes are prepared including local food for our guests. You can make an order from the restaurant. Meals coast between 5USD to 10USD. Our restaurant operates 24/7.
Birders are offered an ideal accommodation in the campsite where many bird species can be seen. We have trained birders who can take you around Bwindi National Park. Ruhija Tourism Zone. Hotel transfers can also be arranged from our campsite.
